We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United, Cigna, Optum Health and Medicare health insurances. If you have a different insurance, we would be considered an out of network provider. As an out of network provider, we will electronically submit the claim to your health insurance company, and your insurance company will reimburse you directly. Payment is expected at point of service. We accept auto accident, workers compensation, and personal injury. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge
